1. The Companies have more advantages than those not hold and involved by Royal family member and government – easy to bid contracts from government;
2. Encourage private sectors co-operate and place more closer relationship with government (eg. politicians and public sector employees) and royal members;
3. Create unfair business competition environment
4. Bad management efficiency and corporate information transparency
5. If lack of control of situation, it will resulted in Crowding Out Effect, reduce corporate competitive ability and then damage country’s economy development
